RECIPE: Matcha yogurtbowl

Matcha Yogurt Bowl

Tools / Necessities:

  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Small sieve

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 250 ml quark or yogurt
  • 1 g Premium Matcha – Blending grade
  • Toppings (optional): raspberries, blueberries, coconut flakes, granola, nuts, chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Add the yogurt or quark to a bowl.
  2. Sift 1 g of Premium Matcha over the yogurt/quark and mix well with a spoon until the color turns a beautiful light green.
  3. Add your favorite toppings, such as berries, granola, nuts, chia seeds, or coconut flakes.
