RECIPE: Coconut water + matcha cold foam

Tools / Necessities:

  • Hand mixer or micro mixer
  • Measuring cup/can
  • 2 glasses

Ingredients (for 2 glasses):

  • Ice cubes
  • Coconut water (f.a. healthy people)
  • 1 can coconut milk (18% fat)
  • 3 g Ceremonial Matcha A
  • Optional: honey or agave syrup for extra sweetness

Instructions:

  1. Fill 2 glasses with ice cubes and pour in the coconut water until the glasses are about ¾ full.
  2. Add the coconut milk to a bowl or mixing cup. Add 3 g Ceremonial Matcha A and whisk or froth well for about 5 minutes until thick, creamy, and foamy.
  3. Spoon or slowly pour the Matcha cold foam over the coconut water to create a beautiful layered effect.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your Coconut Water Matcha Cold Foam: refreshing, creamy, and full of tropical Matcha flavor!
