Uji matcha is known as one of the highest-quality Japanese matcha teas, originating from the historic tea region of Uji. This finely ground green tea offers a rich, smooth flavour with a perfect balance of sweetness and umami. It is made from the single cultivar Okumidori and single origin Wazuka, Uji. Uji matcha is ideal for both traditional preparation (koicha) and modern matcha lattes.
